Why Did I Only Receive Part of My Order?!
Deep breaths. This is normal.
Some of our products ship from different locations, depending on how and where they’re made. Because everything is custom-produced on demand, your items may arrive in separate packages—sometimes on different days.
The good news:
- Most orders ship within a few days of being placed
- If you received part of your order, the rest is already on its way
- No action required on your end (other than stalking your tracking info)
