Refund policy
Let’s get one thing out of the way: everything at Banter Buzz is custom-made just for you. That means no dusty warehouse shelves, no backstock, and no “oops, we’ll just resell it.” When you place an order, we fire up the machines and make your item on demand—because you’re special like that.
Translation:
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. Please order only what you truly want and double-check sizes, colors, and specs before hitting “buy.” Future You will thank you.
Because each product is made to order, we’re unable to issue refunds or replacement orders once an item is in production, in transit, or already delivered—whether you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or decided that mug quote was too real.
But If We Messed Up? We’ve Got You.
In the rare event something goes sideways—like a manufacturing error, printing issue, damage during delivery, or you receive the wrong item—that one’s on us. And yes, we’ll make it right.
At our discretion, Banter Buzz may offer a free replacement or a refund in these cases.
To be eligible, we’ll need:
- Photos of the item you received
- A brief written description of what went wrong
- Submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Our customer service team will review the info and decide the best fix. We promise we’re reasonable humans.
Bottom line:
Custom-made means no take-backs—but if we screw up, we own it.
